Website content
Content on this site is provided for informational purposes. Pricing, availability, capacity, included experiences and equipment may change. Some room visuals are labeled as concept visualizations of the planned OMAGINE experience, and the final layout and features may vary.
Requests are not reservations
Submitting a reservation request through this website does not reserve a date, hold a time or create a contract. It starts a conversation.
OMAGINE personally reviews each request and contacts you to confirm availability, final pricing and next steps. A date is not reserved until the Rental Agreement is accepted, the required payment is received and OMAGINE issues confirmation.
Submitting an entertainment rental quote request does not reserve equipment, staffing or a date.
Payments
Submitting a request does not require payment. After OMAGINE confirms availability and approves your event details, we will send your Rental Agreement and payment request.
For approved reservations more than 14 days away, a 50% initial payment is required to confirm the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Approved reservations confirmed within 14 days of the event require payment in full.
A date is not reserved until the Rental Agreement is accepted, the required payment is received and OMAGINE issues confirmation.
Estimated pricing
Any total shown on this website is an estimate for planning purposes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by OMAGINE after we review your request, and may change based on duration, requested experiences, staffing, travel and event requirements.
Cancellations, conduct, damage and venue rules
Cancellation, rescheduling, overtime, cleaning, damage, supervision and conduct terms are set out in the OMAGINE Rental Agreement and Venue Policies, which we send before a reservation is confirmed. Those terms apply to confirmed reservations.
Accuracy of your information
Please give us accurate contact and event information. We rely on it to confirm availability and plan your event.
Intellectual property
The OMAGINE name, logo, photography and website content belong to OMAGINE and its affiliated brands and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation and governing law
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, OMAGINE is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content, including estimated pricing or availability. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
