OMAGINE Rental Agreement & Venue Policies

1. Your reservation

OMAGINE is rented privately at $199 per hour. All private room events, birthdays included, have a 2-hour minimum. Your reservation covers private access to the OMAGINE room and the entertainment configured inside it for the dates and times shown on your reservation confirmation.

A reservation is confirmed only after the required reservation payment is completed and OMAGINE issues a confirmation.

• /For approved reservations more than 14 days away, a 50% initial payment is required to confirm the date.
• /The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
• /Approved reservations confirmed within 14 days of the event require payment in full.
• /A date is not reserved until the Rental Agreement is accepted, the required payment is received and OMAGINE issues confirmation.

2. Rental time

The time you reserve is your total time at OMAGINE. Setup, decorating, vendor access, deliveries, the actual event, teardown, cleanup and departure all occur within your reserved rental time.

There is no additional complimentary setup time before the reservation and no additional complimentary cleanup time after the reservation.

Example. For a three-hour reservation from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, access begins at 2:00 PM and the venue must be cleaned and completely vacated by 5:00 PM.

Customers who need additional setup or cleanup time should reserve additional rental time.

3. Overtime

You must completely vacate OMAGINE by your scheduled reservation end time. That includes guests, vendors, personal belongings, decorations, food, catering equipment and event supplies.

There is no complimentary grace period.

Overtime does not guarantee continued use of the venue. Another reservation may follow yours. Our reset buffer does not extend your rental time.

4. Cleaning

Normal venue cleaning and resetting is included. You are not expected to professionally clean OMAGINE.

We simply ask that you leave OMAGINE in a reasonably clean condition. If it is not, a $250 excessive cleaning fee may be charged to the card on file.

If this fee is charged, OMAGINE will provide photographs documenting the condition of the venue along with the receipt or notice of the charge.

• /Significant food or beverage spills
• /Food ground into furniture or flooring
• /Bodily fluids
• /Decorations left behind
• /Prohibited glitter or confetti
• /Significant mess requiring cleaning beyond a normal venue reset

5. Damage, loss and loss of use

You may be financially responsible for damage caused by you, your guests, children, vendors, contractors or invitees when caused by misuse, negligence, intentional conduct, prohibited activity or failure to follow venue policies. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Depending on the nature and cause of the damage, you may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with repair, replacement, labor, shipping, expedited replacement and restoration.

If damage causes OMAGINE equipment, attractions or part of the venue to become unavailable, you may also be responsible for reasonable and documented loss of use or lost revenue directly resulting from that damage, where permitted by law. This may include confirmed reservations OMAGINE cannot fulfill because the damaged property cannot reasonably be used.

Loss of revenue is not an automatic charge simply because damage occurred. It applies only when it is reasonable, documented and directly caused by the damage.

6. Payment method on file

A valid payment method must remain on file for your reservation. No separate security deposit or damage deposit is charged.

By accepting this Agreement you authorize OMAGINE to charge the payment method on file for amounts authorized under this Agreement, including:

Charges are made only for amounts authorized under this Agreement, and notice of the charge is provided to you.

• /Overtime
• /Excessive cleaning
• /Damage
• /Missing property or equipment
• /Repair or replacement expenses
• /Applicable documented loss of use or lost revenue
• /Other charges specifically authorized under the Rental Agreement

7. Cancellation and transfers

Your initial reservation payment secures your date and time and is non-refundable.

Need to move your event? With at least 14 days' notice, your reservation may be transferred one time to another available date.

Reservations cancelled or rescheduled less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for transfer.

Any difference in pricing for the newly selected date, duration or experience must be paid by the customer.

8. Upgrades and room reconfiguration

Adding the Portable Golf Simulator requires us to reconfigure OMAGINE and remove one LED Pool Table. The removed Pool Table will not be available during your reservation.

Adding the 9-Hole Mini Golf Experience requires us to reconfigure OMAGINE and remove one LED Pool Table. The removed Pool Table will not be available during your reservation.

The 9-Hole Mini Golf Experience is subject to equipment availability and is not guaranteed unless availability has been confirmed with you.

9. Foam and Bubble Experiences

Foam and Bubble Experiences are outdoor only and weather dependent.

They may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, substituted or cancelled when weather or environmental conditions make operation unsafe or impractical.

Your indoor OMAGINE reservation is separate from the outdoor Foam or Bubble Experience. Weather affecting the outdoor experience does not automatically cancel your indoor OMAGINE reservation.

10. Food and alcohol

You may bring your own food or have your event catered. A prep area with a refrigerator and sink is available. Food and catering are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your rental.

You may bring alcohol, subject to applicable laws and event policies. Alcohol is the responsibility of the customer, all consumption must be by guests 21 and older, and OMAGINE does not provide alcohol.

OMAGINE staff, including your Event Host, are not permitted to handle, open, pour, mix, serve or distribute alcohol.

11. Electronic acceptance

You accept this Agreement electronically when you confirm an approved reservation. OMAGINE records your name, the version of the Agreement you accepted, the date and time of acceptance, your reservation number, your event date and the policy acknowledgments you confirmed.

A reservation cannot be completed without acceptance of this Agreement.
