The basics
- What is OMAGINE?
- A private entertainment space of roughly 1,500 square feet in the Omaha area. Entertainment, comfort, technology, gaming and flexible event space in one completely private room.
- Is OMAGINE private?
- Yes. You reserve the entire OMAGINE private entertainment space for your group. No other groups are booked at the same time.
- How much does OMAGINE cost?
- Private events start at $398. A 2-hour private event is $398, 3 hours is $597 and 4 hours is $796. Additional hours are $199 each. Friday evenings and Saturdays require a 3-hour minimum.
- Is there per-person pricing?
- No. You reserve the whole venue at a flat price, no matter how many people you bring.
- How many people can OMAGINE hold?
- Best for groups of up to 30 guests. Final capacity depends on layout and selected experiences. Groups above 30: contact us.
- Is OMAGINE ADA accessible?
- Yes. OMAGINE is ADA accessible and has ADA accessible restrooms.
- Where is OMAGINE and where do we park?
- OMAGINE is at 3010 N 240th St, Suite 9, Waterloo, NE 68069. There is open parking directly in front of our bay and currently Bay 10, plus overflow parking in the rear of the building with immediate access behind the building as well.
Your reserved time
- How long should I reserve for a birthday party?
- Birthday reservations have the same 2-hour minimum as all private events. Most groups choose 3 hours so they have enough time for activities, food, cake and celebrating without feeling rushed, but the length is completely up to you.
- Does my reservation include setup time?
- Setup must occur during your reserved rental time.
- Can I arrive early to decorate?
- No complimentary early access is included. Additional time should be reserved if needed.
- Does my reservation include cleanup time?
- Cleanup must be completed during the reserved rental period.
- What happens if I stay past my reservation?
- Unauthorized overtime is $100 per 15-minute period or portion thereof. There is no complimentary grace period, and staying late does not guarantee continued use of OMAGINE.
Inside OMAGINE
- Is VR included?
- Yes, standard VR experiences configured inside OMAGINE are included.
- Is mini golf included?
- Yes. Three mini golf holes are included inside the private OMAGINE room as part of every standard reservation. The 9-Hole Mini Golf Experience is a separate optional paid upgrade.
- Can I upgrade to 9-hole mini golf?
- Yes. The 9-Hole Mini Golf Experience is an optional paid upgrade, available when confirmed, for +$300. The included 3 holes remain available whether or not you upgrade.
- What changes if I select 9-hole mini golf?
- One LED Pool Table is removed to accommodate the expanded course.
- Can I add the Golf Simulator?
- Yes, for +$200.
- What changes if I select the Golf Simulator?
- One LED Pool Table is removed to accommodate the simulator.
- Are Foam and Bubble Experiences indoors?
- No. Foam and Bubble Experiences are outdoor only.
- What happens if the weather is bad?
- Foam and Bubble Experiences are weather dependent. Weather affecting the outdoor experience does not automatically cancel the indoor OMAGINE reservation.
Food and alcohol
- Can we bring our own food or have our event catered?
- Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food, desserts, non-alcoholic beverages, restaurant food or a birthday cake, or to have your event catered. OMAGINE includes a prep area with a refrigerator and a sink. You are responsible for food safety, allergies, serving and cleanup associated with outside food. Catering is not included with your rental.
- Can we bring alcohol?
- Yes, subject to applicable laws and OMAGINE policies. You assume responsibility for lawful possession, service, distribution and consumption. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older. OMAGINE does not provide alcohol.
- Will our Event Host help with alcohol?
- No. OMAGINE staff are not permitted to handle, open, pour, mix, serve or distribute alcohol, and cannot act as bartenders.
Payment and policies
- Do I pay anything when I submit a request?
- No. Submitting a request does not require payment. After OMAGINE confirms availability and approves your event details, we will send your Rental Agreement and payment request. For approved reservations more than 14 days away, a 50% initial payment is required to confirm the date and the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
- What if my event is within 14 days?
- Approved reservations confirmed within 14 days of the event require payment in full.
- Is my reservation payment refundable?
- The initial 50% reservation payment is non-refundable. A date is not reserved until the Rental Agreement is accepted, the required payment is received and OMAGINE issues confirmation.
- Can I reschedule?
- Reservations may be transferred one time to another available date with at least 14 days' notice, subject to the Rental Agreement.
- Is there a cleaning fee?
- Normal cleaning and resetting are included. A $250 excessive cleaning fee may be charged if the venue is not left in reasonably clean condition, and photographs documenting the condition are provided with notice of the charge.
- What happens if something is damaged?
- Customers may be financially responsible for damage caused by themselves, their guests, vendors or invitees as detailed in the Rental Agreement.
